Tenant Scrutiny gives tenants and leaseholders the opportunity to review housing services and help shape improvements.
Scrutiny is an important way for residents to:
- see how we deliver services
- find areas for improvement
- make recommendations to the Housing Landlord Service
We want residents to help us ensure our services are effective, accessible and meet the needs of our communities.

There is no set timetable for tenant scrutiny activities. We carry reviews throughout the year, in response to:

Opportunities may vary depending on the review being undertaken.
Some activities may involve a one-off workshop. Others may form part of a short-term review group.
You can express an interest and decide which opportunities suit you.
